Terms and Conditions
After-School Clubs
- Excel Sports Coaching cannot accept liability for the loss of or damage to any personal belongings at any of our camps.
- For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on any course to those booking in advance.
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least seven days prior to the start of any course. A full refund will be made. Under no circumstances can we offer a refund for places canceled less than seven days prior to the start of the course.
- In the unlikely event that Excel Sports Coaching has to cancel a session for any reason, a full refund will be provided or an alternate date can be arranged.
- For safety reasons, shin pads are COMPULSORY at all our camps. No child will be allowed to participate without shin pads. For your convenience, shin pads are available for purchase on all our courses.
- In the unlikely event of injury, you give permission to our staff to administer first aid.
- Any medical conditions must be notified in writing to the coach prior to the commencement of a course.
- Players must wear clothing suitable for the conditions and football boots or trainers.
- Players must be signed out by a parent or a nominated adult at the end of each session/day.
Holiday Camps
as After-School Clubs but also including... Excel Sports Coaching may from time to time use photographs taken on the course in future advertising literature and parents give permission for this and future communication from Excel Sports Coaching. In the unlikely event that Excel Sports Coaching has to cancel a camp for any reason, a full refund will be provided. Parents agree to provide participants with a packed lunch and plenty to drink.
